We have a wide range of rubber expansion joints with up to 20 different types in 8 different rubber qualities to suit all purposes. So, at WILLBARNDT you can always find a quality solution.

Different tasks demand different solutions, therefore, we offer rubber expansion joints with diffrent accessories.

Our expansion joints are handmade at WILLBRANDT in Germany where they are specialist in production and development of expansion joints. All our expansion joints are quality tested before they are released.

We have a large stock of expansion joints in Hamburg, which enable us to deliver against a very short delivery time.

Type 49

  • DN 32 – DN 500
  • Small building length (100–110 mm)
  • High corrugation bellow
  • Low internal resistance
  • 98% reduction of structure-borne noise
  • Threaded holes
  • Max. 25 bar

Often used in the construction industry.

Type 51

  • Building length (130-250 mm)
  • Low corrugation bellow
  • Low flow resistance
  • High movement absorption in all directions
  • 70% reducing of incoming energy
  • 4 different types of rubber combinations are available
  • Max. 25 bar

Often used in building industry, water and wastewater technology, engine construction and shipbuilding.

Type 50 og 55

  • Building length (130-300 mm)
  • Low corrugation bellow, highly elastic rubber expansion joint
  • Low flow resistance
  • High movement absorption in all directions
  • 70% reducing of incoming energy
  • A lot of different types of rubber available
  • Max. 16 bar

Often used in building industry, water and wastewater technology, engine construction and shipbuilding.

Type 40

  • DN 200 – DN 5000
  • High corrugation bellow
  • Low internal resistance
  • High movement absorption in all directions
  • Handmade
  • Working pressure and temperature depend on customer specifications

Often used in large industrial plants and power plants.
